ArtCafe Photography 2020 Holiday Sessions
This year has been different in many ways and required all of us to adjust and change our routines. After the big success of our Santa Experiences last year, we couldn’t wait to do it all over again; however, we have decided not to offer these sessions this year. There is still a waitlist and several new photo session requests, and we’re just as disappointed as our interested families that Santa won’t be able to make an appearance in our studio this year.
Ultimately, we have to consider the safety and health of our wonderful Santa and his family as well as the well-being of our clients. It’s not been an easy decision, and we waited until the last minute, hoping that things would turn around.
That said, we’ve also been thinking long and hard of alternatives. There’s nothing that compares to our Christmas Nostalgia Sessions with Santa, but we do plan to keep the magic and Christmas spirit alive with two other options.

The Spirit of Christmas
These 15-minute fine art sessions will be photographed outside of our studio. Since we love our vintage holiday settings we will provide an old red truck as a prop and Santa will make a surprise appearance.
In preparation for the session, we will send you a “letter to Santa” that we’ve designed for your children. The children will write their letters at home and Santa will sprinkle his magic on them during the session before mailing them to the North Pole.
Families should dress for the occasion. We encourage you to get into the spirit of Christmas with sweaters and vests or coats, and include accessories like scarfs or hats! We have our own Christmas related props and items that are included in the session but welcome any items that you would like to include to make the photographs special. Parents and pets are welcome to join the fun!
These sessions are designed for the whole family and provide a glimpse into the true spirit of Christmas. The holiday traditions that we pass down to our children and the joy they feel from preparing for Santa’s visit and spending Christmas morning surrounded by family are truly irreplaceable.
These photo sessions are a great way to get children excited about Santa Claus and capture a time of childhood wonder and innocence. Create new traditions or celebrate old ones and incorporate them into the experience.

Snowman Sessions
Our snowman themed sessions are so much fun for the whole family. We encourage everyone to attend and participate since holidays and winter fun are some of the memories that children and families tend to look back on and cherish the most. You can even bring the family pet!
In these sessions, we are telling the story of building a magical snowman, having a snowball fight, racing down a hill on a sled, and much more. Capture the magical moments of winter fun without braving the cold outside and ensure beautiful images. Stay cozy in our professional studio and create photos of your family that will warm your heart and your home all year long.
Along with the snowman session photos, we also sat down and wrote poetry (Go us!) for a beautiful storytelling book that you and your children will treasure forever. The photos you create and this gorgeous keepsake book will serve as a reminder of your family’s time together and the fun you had while making lifelong memories.
